PinkPond Returns & Refund Policy
At PinkPond, all of our products are custom-made to order, ensuring unique, high-quality designs just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the order. Our policy is based on the guidelines of our production partners, meaning we can only process replacements or refunds in specific cases.
1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
- You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos showing the defect or error.
- If multiple items are affected by the same design issue, an additional photo or video showing all affected products in one frame may be required.
💡 To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at Contact@pinkpond.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
🚀 Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, but in some cases, store credit may be offered instead.
2. Returns & Exchanges (Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind)
🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or design by mistake.
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- The item does not fit as expected (please check our size charts carefully before purchasing).

🔸 Return shipping must be covered by the customer in cases where a return is accepted. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective items.
3. Print Placement Tolerances
- For printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement.
- Minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects and will not qualify for refunds or reprints.
4. Shipping Issues & Unsuccessful Deliveries
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you have two options:
- 📦 Reprint with an additional charge
- 💰 Partial refund
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect as per our policy.
- Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as it immediately goes into production.
