Shipping Address Requirements
- Character Set: Use only Latin characters in your address.
- Address Line Limits: Address Line 1 should be no more than 35 characters, and Address Line 2 should be no more than 30 characters.
- Accuracy: Ensure all address details are correct. PinkPond does not offer address validation services, and inaccuracies may lead to delivery issues.
International Deliveries
- Phone Number: A recipient's phone number is mandatory for international orders.
PO Box Deliveries
- United States: We can deliver to PO boxes within the U.S.
- Other Countries: Delivery to PO boxes outside the U.S. is not recommended and is at the customer's risk.
- Size Limitations: The largest standard PO box measures 12" x 22.5"; items exceeding these dimensions cannot be delivered to a PO box.
- Express Delivery: PO box addresses are not eligible for Express Delivery services.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options and Costs
- Economy Shipping: Starting at $3.99, delivered within 4-8 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Starting at $4.75, with delivery within 2-5 business days.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PinkPond is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Returned Orders
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. For lost packages, please contact contact@pinkpond.co.uk.
